Waheed Court #81 has two clubs - Antanoolek and Tuugi II - and two units - Cha Mai and Clowenttes. CLUBS Atanoolek Club Atanoolek comes from the Native Alaskan term “Atan Oolek”, which means “past chief”. A fitting name for Waheed Court’s Past High Priestess Club. We are a social club whose main purpose is to provide support, guidance, advice, and encouragement to Waheed’s elected line officers and our Court as a whole. We are honored to have been entrusted with the leadership of our members and happy to continue serving Waheed Court in whatever ways we are needed.

UNITS Cha Mai Cha Mai is a Native Alaskan greeting, and as our name suggests we are the Greeters of Waheed Court. We greet members and visitors at our stated meetings and other Court functions, and assist the Court in whatever ways we can. We enjoy gathering together as friends and to raise money to support Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Al Aska Shrine Patient Transportation Fund.
We meet the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm at a member’s home. We do not meet in June & July, and have a picnic each August in lieu of a meeting. All are welcome to join us for fellowship and service!

Clownette/Sew-Sew The Clownette/Sew-Sew Unit is a really fun group. Some of us actually dress like clowns while others sew. We all pitch in on fundraisers and participate in the 4th of July and Fur Rondy parades in summer and winter. Our main annual fundraiser is Bloomin' Breakup where we celebrate all things Spring. We have also always played a major role in Waheed Court’s biggest fundraiser every March known as The Event. Clownettes are available for birthday parties or any special occasion for a donation that will go to a worthy cause. We would love for you to come clown around with us! We usually meet the first Sunday of the month. We do not meet in June and December.
